To have the possibility to establish and maintain a permanent dialogue amongst the judiciaries, as well as to strengthen exchanges and share experience, in attendance will comprise members of the Serbian judicial stakeholders, including Chief Justice Dragomir Milojevic. |
 This conference focuses significantly on facilitating discussion on Judiciary transformation framework, governance structure, strategic and sharing of perspectives in order to consolidate best practices in judicial performance and improving access to justice. Sufficient time has been set aside to discuss critical issues and perspective, including development in the Judiciary transformation innovation and performance management around the world and to exchange experience between different juristic and appointive systems. Delegates will have ample time to connect, engage and establish robust partnerships in order to enhance pedagogic effectiveness and share experiences on performance-based budgeting and management of judicial court as well as taking a closer look at embracing the culture of performance management as a tool for accounting and the metrics for measuring performance in order to entrench accountability and effectiveness of the Judiciary. |
