Cancellation Policy, Substitutions & Refund

Cancellation must be advised in writing at least 14 working days prior to the event. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancel within 14 working days prior to the event. Fully paid delegates unable to attend will be provided with online access to speaker presentations post event and at the same time, in the spirit of lifelong learning, we will continue to allow delegate to attend future similar event by extending credit notes to be used up to 2 years from the date of issuance, to attend future event. Nevertheless, substitutions can be made at any time before the event without penalty. Refund is ONLY valid for cancelled event, as long as the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event.

Agenda alterations, postponement and speaker substitutions

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of organisers may require substitutions, alterations or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. Therefore, the organisers reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers, topics and/or agenda if necessary. If the organisers are required to postpone the event, a credit note will be issued and considered as a registration for the rescheduled event and will be subject to the standards policies previously outlined.

In view of market sentiments and unpredictability including fortuitous event, “Act of God”, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders the performance of this conference impractical and impossible, the event organizers shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed. Nevertheless, in accordance with industry’s practice and standards, if an event is cancelled, event organizers liability shall be limited to conference registration fees only. Alternatively, you may choose to be issued a credit note for future events to be used within two year of issuance. Except as specified above, there are no refunds given under any circumstances except for cancelled event ONLY, while for events that have taken place and launched, there is no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

In accordance and by following industry’s practice and guidelines across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the region, by this disclaimer, the clients agree that in case of dispute arises, this disclaimer will over-ride any other agreement or MOU related to cancellation, substitution and refund policy.
